History:
A 51 year old female presented with history of tremors, extreme tiredness, hot flushes and palpitations. She had raised urinary catecholamines with 3 consecutive values of urinary noradrenaline as 1112, 1018 and 1043 nmol/24 hours. She was referred for an MIBG scan in view of biochemical suspicion of pheochromocytoma. CT images are provided.
